Downgrade
- If you're on a contractual subscription, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to discuss your renewal options.
- If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can downgrade your subscription at any time using the steps below.
- Log in as an Administrator user on your company account.
- Go to Settings > Change My Plan
- Choose the plan your desired plan.
- Follow the subsequent steps and your downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancel

- If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time using the steps below.
- Log in as an Administrator user on your company account.
- Go to Settings > Change My Plan
- Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the subsequent steps to review alternative options and submit your cancelation.
- If you end up proceeding with your cancelation, it'll take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
