How do I downgrade or cancel my company account?

Downgrade

  1. If you're on a contractual subscription, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to discuss your renewal options.
  2. If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can downgrade your subscription at any time using the steps below.
    1. Log in as an Administrator user on your company account.
    2. Go to Settings > Change My Plan
    3. Choose the plan your desired plan.
    4. Follow the subsequent steps and your downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancel

✋ Keep in mind that if you plan on using Spark Hire Meet again, we have multiple alternatives rather than outright canceling.
  1. If you're on a contractual subscription, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to discuss cancelation options for your renewal.
  2. If you're on a month-to-month plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time using the steps below.
    1. Log in as an Administrator user on your company account.
    2. Go to Settings > Change My Plan
    3. Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.
    4. Follow the subsequent steps to review alternative options and submit your cancelation.
    5. If you end up proceeding with your cancelation, it'll take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
