    I saw that having intro and outro videos are a best practice Spark Hire recommends! What kind of things are normally talked about in these videos? Also, how long do you recommend these videos be?

    Hi Maureen. This is a great question! 

    Intro videos usually contain a message to the candidate welcoming them, outlining what they can expect during the interview, and are around 30-90 seconds long. 

    Outro videos usually thank the candidates for their time, outline next steps in the process, and are also around 30-90 seconds long. 

    You can also reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Onboarding Specialist, who can send you example videos and scripts you can use in your own intro and outro videos!
