Every integration’s functionality is a little different and those details can be found in the Integrations section of our help center. Find the integration you’re interested in and review the Supported Functionality in the respective article.

We've provided functionality definitions below so when you're reviewing an individual integration, you can easily review what's included.

Please note that in many cases, the developer of the integration is actually the ATS, not Spark Hire. Integrations are meant to improve productivity, but not be a complete replacement for the functionality available on Spark Hire Meet.

Type of Assessment: If there’s a “Yes” next to the type of assessment that means you’re able to invite candidates to take that type of assessment from the ATS.

Sync Jobs from ATS to Meet: Jobs created in the ATS will automatically be created in Spark Hire Meet.

Automatic Invites: Moving candidates to a particular status in the ATS will automatically trigger the assessment invite.

Bulk Invites: Select a group of candidates and invite them to take a specific assessment (vs. inviting candidates one-by-one).

SMS Invites: If a mobile number exists for the candidates, is formatted properly, and is within a supported country, an SMS will be sent to the candidate when they are invited. 

Log-in Required Link: A link to the completed assessment on Spark Hire Meet will be added to the candidate record in your ATS. This link can only be accessed by users on your Spark Hire Meet account.

Share Link: A shareable link to the completed assessment on Spark Hire Meet will be added to the candidate record in your ATS. This link can be accessed by anyone who has it.

Embedded Videos: Video responses from one-way video interviews are playable directly from within the ATS.

Authentication: Some ATS integrations may require only a single user to connect for the entire organization whereas others require each individual using the integration to connect their ATS and Spark Hire Meet accounts.

• Per User: While this requires each user to authenticate, it enables every activity to be tracked back to a single individual which improves the efficacy of notifications, permissions, and logs.
• Per Organization: Only an Administrator user needs to connect their ATS and Spark Hire Meet accounts, but then all activities are attributed to this individual.
