If you are receiving the message "Couldn't connect to your media devices" and it is saying you did not give us permission to access your media devices after clicking on "Yes" to allow permission, there may be additional permissions you need to grant outside of the internet browser.
Please follow the steps below for your operating system:
Mac
1. Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy.
2. Select Camera.
3. Select the checkbox next to the browser you're using (Chrome or Firefox) to allow it to access your camera.
4. Repeat the above step for Microphone, within the Privacy tab.
Windows
1. Go to Settings > Privacy.
2. Select Camera (under App Permissions).
3. Make sure "Allow apps to access your camera" is turned on.
4. Repeat the above step for Microphone (under App Permissions).

This is the most time consuming and ridiculous method of doing business i've ever seen. I have followed everything you have asked and still cannot get connected. The password I just set up is not accepted and you do not send the link to reset the password. I would very much like to apply for this job but the interview process thru this agency is ridiculous.

Hello. I've confirmed the settings are correct and submitted a help desk ticket. I've been struggling with this issue well over a week and really need to submit my interview.

Hello, I also had problems on Chrome. However, when I tried using the application through Firefox I had no issues. If you haven't been able to solve the problem I hope this helps!

Another tech issue here. The message says couldn't connect media device. I have checked the settings and allowed access to my camera and microphone, both are working.
