How Predictive profiles are created and validated
These profiles are developed through research and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure they match real-world job requirements. Each profile focuses on 6-9 key competencies, validated through studies to confirm they predict job success. With over 130 competencies across different industries, the PTA is continuously refined to stay accurate, fair, and adaptable. It also undergoes adverse impact analysis to ensure fairness, reduce bias, and provide a reliable and equitable assessment for all candidates.
