The two types of online video interviews that occur on Spark Hire are a One-Way Interview and a Live Interview. We'll explain both of them in this article so you'll be prepared no matter what type of interview you've been invited to.

One-Way Interview

What is it?
A One-Way Interview is a video interview in which you'll answer a series of questions created by the company.  You will be able to complete the interview on your own time, whenever works best for you, within the given deadline.

What do I need?
A computer with a webcam or a modern Android or iOS mobile device.

Live Interview

What is it?
A Live Interview is a video interview in which you'll connect face-to-face via webcam with a representative of the company.

What do I need?
A computer with a webcam or a modern Android or iOS mobile device.

Relax, we'll walk you through it!
You won't be entered into the interview immediately. You'll have plenty of time to prepare and check your technology settings before the scheduled time.
