To downgrade your Spark Hire company account to a lower plan, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in as the admin of your company account.

2. Visit your Settings.

3. Click Change My Plan in the settings menu.

4. Click on the downgrade button for the desired plan.

To cancel your Spark Hire company account, please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in as the admin of your company account. 

2. Visit your Settings.

3. Click Change My Plan in the settings menu.

4. Click Cancel at the bottom of the page.

5. Click I want to cancel my account completely.

6. Select a reason for canceling and add any additional details.

7. Click Cancel my plan.
