To view a completed reference survey, click on the View Details action icon, or Watch button, on the candidate’s interview card from your Interviews list. 

On the following screen, click on the References tab.

Here, you will be able to:

1. See how many reference surveys have been completed out of the total number requested
2. See how many references were requested at a given time
3. Access the references’ surveys
4. Request additional references from the candidate

On the right side of the screen, you will see the reference’s information and their responses to the survey.

Please note the platform performs an IP address check, to determine if the submissions from the candidate and reference were completed using the same IP address.  For clarity, this should not be automatically attributed to cheating, but is something our system flags.

A red icon indicates they were completed using the same IP address, while a green icon indicates they were completed using different IP addresses.
