To manage video requests you’ve sent, go to your Library and click Manage Video Requests. This will take you to a list of video requests.

From here, you can search through previous video requests, see whom you have sent video requests to, check the status of video requests, access the video request link, and perform some actions outlined below.

You can sort video requests by the creator of the request, the expiration date, the recipient’s name, and the status of the video request.

On the left side of the page, beneath the search bar, you can filter your video requests by status (completed, active, or inactive) and by whether they have been deleted.

For incomplete video requests, you will have the following options:

  • View: See the video request settings, make adjustments to the headline, details, pre-configuration, expiration date, and activate or deactivate the request.
  • Activate/Deactivate: Turn the video request on/off for the recipient.
  • Update the expiration date: Change when the video request will expire.
  • Re-send: Re-send the video request to the recipient.
  • Clone: Copy the video request so you can send the same one to new recipients.
  • Delete: This will deactivate the video request and remove it from your list.

For completed video requests, you will have the following options:

  • View: Watch the submitted video and make adjustments to the video’s details (name, description, and type), manage permissions for the video, and apply a custom thumbnail.
  • Clone: Copy the video request so you can send the same one to new recipients.
  • Delete: This will remove the video request from your list, but the submitted video will still be in your video library.

From the video requests list, you can also request new videos.  To do this, click on Request new video in the upper right corner of the page.
