Interview evaluations
Saving an interview evaluation enables you to track whether an interview was passed, failed, or is pending a decision, helping you keep your interviews organized.
Each interview has only one evaluation, meaning that any user reviewing the interview can mark it as passed or failed, and this will be visible to any other user reviewing the interview.
📝 Note: An interview evaluation is different from a candidate disposition because a candidate might pass an interview, but still be rejected for the job. |
Mark an interview as passed or failed
-
Navigate to Interviews > View interviews page and click on the interview you’d like to evaluate. You’ll land on the View assessment page.

- If not, select No and click Save evaluation.
You’ll be redirected back to the interview and will see the updated interview evaluation status.
đź“ť Note: If you or your team need to change the interview evaluation, you can always revert the status to Undecided or update it following the steps above. |
