When you first load the video recorder, you'll see an Adobe Flash Player Settings box which asks you to allow access to your webcam and microphone.
The box within the recorder is not a static image. You should click inside the box to proceed.
1. Click Allow.
2. Check the box next to Remember.
3. Click Close.
In Google Chrome
In Google Chrome, you might see a prompt at the top of the browser asking for access to your webcam/microphone. This is an additional place you'll need to click Allow. That prompt will look something like this:
In Safari
If you already downloaded Adobe Flash Player, are using Safari on a Mac, and you're seeing a message telling you that you still need to download Adobe Flash Player, this is because you have it disabled in your system preferences. Private Browser Windows (Incognito Mode)
Some browsers have a private browsing (incognito mode) option. If your browser is in this mode, the Adobe Flash Player Settings prompt you'll see will look something like this:
In this case, you'll need to exit private browsing (incognito mode) and re-open Spark Hire to allow access to your webcam and microphone.
