To view analytics for a specific period in time, you can use one of the default options such as 6 months, 12 months, or All Time, or pick a custom date range.
The date filter is using the “scheduled at” (or deadline date) for interviews to decide what data to display. This date is used because not all interviews have a completed timestamp.
So, in the interview analytics tab, you’ll see data related to interviews that were scheduled for/due during the date range selected. In the candidate analytics tab, you’ll see data related to candidates who had interviews that were scheduled for/due during the date range selected.
